Megan and Liz, if you don't know are among many YouTube musicians that I discovered a long time ago. "Run Away" was the first song I heard and loved by them. It started the train of YouTube videos that I quickly got attached to.

The story of the song is so pretty! It's like there is a couple that are finally ready to move on and run away from whatever is horrible. The lyrics are so cute because of the emotions that can come up from listening. If you really think of the lyrics, it'll remind you of a lot of books. For me, it reminded me of Dystopian in specific because there's always a lot of "running away" from something you can't control in those.

This song is kind of a ballad but at the same time, it has a pop beat. I'd describe it as "flowy" or (to musically inclined people) "legato". It's got a lot of high notes and beautifully done harmonies by both sisters. This song actually pieced well together because Megan is usually a mezzo singer while Liz is more of a soprano. The sound is also very unlike the music they make. Most of the songs they create are upbeat and very much like the music you hear on the Top 40 radio station. I'm not saying it's bad, I just really like this song because it's very different.
